第3集

　　一个年轻男子，在邮箱上竖了一支笔。紧接着发生了一系列的连琐案件，先是笔掉在地上一个老人去捡拾，骑车而过的路人撞上了老人，一群人围观，公交车司机没注意到红绿灯变化，撞死了一个手捧鲜花的女子……奥利维娅等人接手了这一案子。他们对案犯的杀人手法百思不得其解。随后，又一起案件发生，奥利维娅在现场发现了罪犯，并且勇敢地前去追捕。但是，男子跳下桥，落到一辆从桥下经过的救护车，用带着胜利微笑看着奥利维娅，并且安然离去。　　男子名叫米尔，曾是一个家智力康复中心的病人。米尔在一年前还是一个智障人，他在接受了一个人脑开发实验后，智力迅速增长，甚至成为了一个天才。但是，实验结束后，参与实验的人都会被归于初始状态，也就是说米尔将会再度成为障智青年。米尔不肯回到原点，于是米尔决定杀死医生。　　此时，米尔已经出院，由妹妹米德琳看护。奥利维娅等人找到米德琳，米德琳说出了哥哥的行踪。奥利维娅追捕米尔的时候，米尔用脑袋计算出奥利维娅的跑步速度，并且设计让奥利维娅掉入自己的罗网。但是，米尔没有想到的是，这个奥利维娅是从平行空间来的，所以米尔计算错误，他被抓住。　　被抓捕后的米尔完全陷入天才精神病状态，普通人已经无法跟上他的反应速度，他每天只能跟计算机说话。
