第11集:韩立说服白云鹏做保洁员 高娃家牛意外死亡

韩立劝说高娃买牛，高娃本来想先还债，最后在韩立的劝说下还是决定买牛。韩立回到办公室，下属回来汇报劝说白云鹏(索牧 饰)当保洁员的经过，白云鹏嫌当保洁员只有八百工资，太少了，不愿意当保洁员。韩立听完下属汇报的情况，决定亲自找白云鹏谈。白云鹏在家里玩手机游戏，韩立上门进屋后，提出与白云鹏玩游戏对战，如果白云鹏输了，就得做保洁员。白云鹏是游戏高手，不把韩立放在眼里，韩立开局输给了白云鹏，最后一局转败为胜，战胜了白云鹏。做人要讲信用，白云鹏同意做保洁员，韩立回到村委会，将白云鹏几人召集到一起，宣布成立保洁队。高娃在家里提起务工计划，她觉得保洁员工资太低了，每个月才拿八百元的工资。与其如此，倒不如进县城打工，工作久了很能涨工资。张久海(于俭 饰)通知高娃看牛，高娃在婆婆的陪同下看到了牛，价格九千二。高娃决定买下牛，张久海提醒高娃顺带领饲料。高娃婆婆见张久海不但准备了牛，还体贴的赠送饲料，心里产生感激，连声不迭向张久海道谢。儿子小锁身体不好，高娃送小锁去县城医院住院，不住院不知道，一住才知道儿子小锁患了心脏病。高娃婆婆听到消息，向回到家里的丈夫透露孙子患了心脏病，丈夫不听则已，一听如遭雷击，突发疾病瘫坐在椅子上。高娃婆婆心急如焚跑出家门，拦下村里人驾驶的车子，在村里人的帮助下送丈夫去医院。白云鹏嫌保洁员工作太累，决定辞职不干了。韩立去白云鹏家里，劝说白云鹏继续当保洁员。白银宝(巴音 饰)得知儿子白云鹏眼高手低，放弃了来之不易的保洁员工作，怒火冲天痛骂了儿子一顿。白云鹏没有认错，而是认为自己的命运是父亲白银宝造成的。韩立觉得白云鹏说得有道理，提醒白银宝应该拉近与儿子白云鹏的距离，化解儿子的心结。纪检部门到嘎查村，调查宝峰私自挪用公款建牛鹏的事情。韩立接待了经检部门的工作人员，将事情前因后果说了一遍。宝峰急着建牛棚，担心审批麻烦，于是先挪用公款建好了牛棚。白银宝因为儿子不争气，心情烦躁喝醉了酒，走到牛棚里面睡觉。高娃家的牛就在牛棚里面，牛肚子饿了，离开牛棚寻找吃的，误吃了种在菜地里的白萝卜，肠胃堵塞一命呜呼。有人发现了死在地上的牛，韩立闻讯赶了过来，白银宝已经苏醒过来了。兽医公布了牛的死因是误食了白萝卜，刘静没好气地数落白银宝喝醉酒还不算，还害死了高娃家的牛。高娃正在县城里照顾住院的儿子，不久后就要回来了，天下没有不透风的墙，她一回村就会很快知道自家牛的死因。白银宝没有推卸责任，而是宣布自己付责赔钱给高娃家。刘静见白银宝张嘴就提赔钱，哭笑不得提醒白银宝自己也是贫困户，完全没有能力赔牛钱。
