第37集:张金辉被杀

　　武田弘一来到宫北电话局，恰逢子生倒班休息。武田弘一正准备离开，抬头看到对面的巡捕房，猛然想到上次抓捕影子时老谭也在。武田走进了巡捕房，老谭忙向他敬礼。武田看到老谭还是在喝鹤仙草，再次提醒他这种药会导致他中风，武田越看越觉得老谭行为举止很像范江海，要沈西林深入调查。老谭认为日本人离失败越来越近，为让他们感到恐慌，老谭吩咐影子策划了一系列的暗杀行动，天津很多日本政要被杀。近来许多日本人和特务被杀，沈西林问责张金辉，行动队众人纷纷辞职，张金辉忍无可忍，决定扳倒沈西林。张金辉找到建中，希望他帮助自己对付沈西林。建中大惊，拜托张金辉不要让自己夹在中间为难。张金辉得意的表示，自己调查了东华洋行合作的三大洋行，发现沈西林私立账户，挪用资金，并且钱款去向不明。张金辉控制了两家洋行的老板，但是美萨洋行的钱老板却离奇失踪了，张金辉要建中摆明立场，如果帮助自己检举了沈西林，以后肯定有他的好处。建中告诉老谭，张金辉掌握了沈西林贪污的证据，并威胁自己相助，老谭要他做好该做的，沈西林要是真遇到麻烦，谁想拦也拦不住。钱老板找到沈西林求助，沈西林打算送他离开天津避一阵，约定明晚在裕中饭点见面交换账目。建中在门口偷听到了这个消息，提前到达裕中饭点，拿走了账目，然后交给了张金辉。张金辉离开饭店时，被老谭杀死。沈西林对近日来发生的事，心有余悸，他不知道自己有没有暴露，也不知道是谁在暗中帮助自己，但是他知道这个人暂时不会威胁到他的性命。建中请沈西林吃饭，告诉他武田弘一在秘密调查他的档案，而自己已经帮助他修改了这些档案，而条件就是让自己当行动队队长。中国驻印远征军，在反攻中打败日军，取得了决定性的胜利，同时日本在中国正面战场上节节败退，陷入了被动。
