深夜的警局内刘大猛(李修蒙 饰)和妻子胡瑶(邵琨 饰)来领他们的父亲刘嚣张(巩金国 饰)回家。与此同时,女儿张美琪(张雨晴 饰)和外孙女许都行(徐丹 饰)来接张小欠(臧鸿飞 饰)回家,张美琪见到张小欠,拎起其衣领对其一顿埋怨,许都行看到后一把推开张美琪,表示张美琪一点也不理解姥爷。随后两人将张小欠放到轮椅上起身回家。张小欠和刘嚣张是从小玩到大的好兄弟,张小欠一直称刘嚣张为大哥。刘嚣张因为年级的原因,患上了阿尔兹海默症,刘大猛24小时都在用监控盯着刘嚣张,就怕刘嚣张突然病症发作发生意外。这天,刘嚣张突然盯上了刘大猛的收藏车,拿起了工具开始对车进行“维修”,被刘大猛用监控看在眼里,刘大猛看着,满身机油的刘嚣张,把刘嚣张移到浴室开始帮刘嚣张洗澡。久病床前无孝子,因为长时间的压抑,刘大猛竟然想要溺死他的父亲,清醒过来的刘大猛,跪在父亲身旁一直扇着自己的嘴巴。同时,而刘大猛的好兄弟张小欠,也在死亡的边缘走了一圈。
