　　红花鬼母寻宝无功而返公于遇难获救巧入奇境　　红花鬼母用改动过的玄天真经、藏宝图换回爱子，母子二人一心盼望卓一航练假真经走火入魔。不料白石道长盗走了假宝图和经文。此後，萧笑等人将白石道人围住，历数他种种劣迹。白石道长恼差成怒，说出他多年忍受武当派紫阳道长管制的委屈，发誓以後定做天下武林中的第一人。说罢夺路逃走。隐匿山林，全心依照假玄天真经习练。红花鬼母、慕容冲和卓一航、练霓裳等人分头寻宝。母子二人进入宝洞，发功劈碎石棺，发现“宝本虚无，立地成佛”八字，自知宝物全无。母子二人出洞後见龙虎门属下被练霓裳等人杀死。红花鬼母大怒，一掌击伤卓一航。这时一奇异白猿将卓一航救走、浸泡于冰泉之中，後移入—冰雪洞里。卓一航从昏迷中醒来，发现洞里无数宝藏之中有一具骨架，疑是武林前辈，便连忙下跪，不料又触动了暗设机关。
