女演员40岁后遇困境？赵薇：所有女性演员都很难出头

在2日晚播出的某表演竞技类节目中，面对马苏和倪虹洁遇到的“中年女演员”困境，导演赵薇直接表示“我觉得根本不是40+，现在是所有的女性演员，都有一种很难出头的问题”，同时她还发问“所有女性的化妆品护肤品，睫毛膏粉底全是小男生在代言，姑娘们都去哪了？”“以前在我们那个年代都是女演员吃香，男演员很难出头。”
最后，赵薇还现场呼吁其他三位男导演“你们男导演都捧捧女演员好吗？不要光捧小男生。”听闻此话，尔东升表示“我已经拍了很多了”，郭敬明也急忙说“我拍的《小时代》是四个女生的故事”。节目一经播出，赵薇指出的现在行业对女演员生存环境过分压缩的问题也引发了大众的关注。
这已经不是赵薇第一次公开提关于女演员困境的问题，此前她在一次采访中也谈起过此话题。她直言女性最美的年纪可能就是30+的年纪，希望有更多的制片人看到女性在这个阶段独特的魅力。她认为甚至不能说是要给30+或40+的女演员机会，因为本身市场对这样的题材就是需要的。她认为中国的女性在婚姻观上已经发生改变了，但现在市场上的题材还是在捍卫家庭忍辱负重，“其实这个题材应该out了”。
赵薇表示很多女性对待婚姻的想法也不再停留在为了家庭，放弃自己放弃事业，她们有的变得更酷了，更励志了。
