据香港媒体报道，前娱乐公司女经纪人，涉嫌于2014年间讹称有3份共计500万港元(约人民币412万元)的广告或代言人合约，被指诈骗永霸投资有限公司，女经纪人事后被捕，43岁被告梁雅诗否认3项欺诈罪，案件今开审。

控方开案陈词指，萧定一为涉案永霸投资有限公司的老板，张智霖是旗下其中一名艺人。而自2011年起，被告在永霸担任总经理一职，负责为张智霖的工作接洽。而涉案的3次欺诈事件发生于2014年1月至12月。

广告公司Faster Advertising Limited，代表‘OGAWA HEALTH CARE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED’，和永霸达成协议，聘请张智霖任代言人，费用为480万港元(约人民币395万元)，Faster以支票分3次支付款项。惟永霸持有的合约副本，其合约代言人费用为388万港元(约人民币320万元)。而永霸手上的一张涉案92万港元(约人民币75万元)的支票影印本，却注明该92万港元是不相关的内地工作收入。

永霸之后发现真正的代言人费用为480万港元。于同年9月15日，被告向萧定一承认偷取了约100万港元。同晚，被告透过通讯软件向萧定一和张智霖就自己做错的事道歉。3天后，被告经张智霖向永霸支付92万港元。

此外，传讯公司Strategic Communications Consultants Limited，于同年7月代表“香港宝洁有限公司”，和永霸达成协议，以200万港元(约人民币165万元)聘请张智霖代言人。Strategic先后支付160万港元，惟被告稍后向Strategic表示，不用支付余下的40万港元。惟永霸持有的合约，其代言人费用是160万港元。永霸其后得知真正的代言人费用，Strategic亦向永霸支付40万港元尾数。

另外，爱迪达香港有限公司和被告于2014年初达成协议，聘请张智霖拍摄硬照，费用为30万港元(约人民币24万元)，爱迪达向永霸发出30万港元的支票。惟永霸手上的收据显示，相关费用为20万港元(约人民币16万元)。

被告于同年12月17日被捕，她在警诫下保持缄默。案件明天续审，并将传召萧定一作供。据了解，张智霖或于下周作供。
