　　铁雄(吴磊 饰)(黑子 饰)强娶春云为妻包翠花(李彩桦 饰)含泪送走春云，去准备春云躲避所需的物品。铁雄迎亲的路上，大肆张扬，路人对其不屑，却也不敢声张。包大元喜气洋洋的跑回家中，发现家中毫无准备，顿时着急万分。包翠花面带冷笑，收拾好包袱，只身迎到门前，冷淡的说春云早已离去，自己绝不会答应这门亲事。铁雄跪倒在包翠花面前，恳请包翠花将女儿嫁给自己。铁雄起身，决定强抢春云，发现春云确已逃离，转将怒火倾泻到包大元身上。独自在码头等待的春云，此时内心忐忑不安。铁雄一怒之下，将包翠花和包大元姐弟二人绑在马车上游街，逼迫春云现身。路人告密，说在码头见到过春云，铁雄于是带着迎亲队伍前往码头。包翠花不愿春云嫁给铁雄，呵斥着春云赶紧离开，可春云怎能一走了之，留下母亲受苦。丁有德对包翠花和包大元大打出手，春云不管不顾的冲向母亲，被绑入轿内，抬回去拜天地。轿内的春云，此时如待宰羔羊，无力回天。而码头上的姐弟二人，遍体鳞伤，包大元缓缓醒来，挣扎着靠近包翠花，呼喊着求救，几个村民路过，救下了姐弟二人，痛骂包大元的无耻。包大元抱着姐姐，痛哭流涕。回到铁雄的府邸，一切都照常的进行。春云担忧着母亲，想前去查看母亲的伤势，丁有德不敢私自放春云出门，春云怒火攻心，一头撞向衣柜，昏迷过去。春云在昏迷中，完成了拜天地的程序。仪式结束，铁雄抱起春云，回到洞房内。春云醒来，发现自己穿着嫁衣，置身于婚房内。铁雄饮完酒后，来到洞房内，准备行夫妻大礼。即将行动，被方皓民(贺刚 饰)打昏，方皓民带着春云逃离，被铁雄和手下围堵在树林中。春云不肯原谅铁雄毒打母亲，皓民愿意花200大洋来赎回春云，铁雄认定春云就是自己的老婆，不肯答应。方皓民掏出洋枪，试图震慑住铁雄，带春云离开，铁雄不肯就范，皓民开枪击中铁雄，二人得以逃脱。春云和皓民立马赶回家中，唤醒了正在昏迷的包翠花。包翠花自知不久于人世，告诉春云，赵老爷虽未能好好疼爱春云，希望得到春云的谅解。到了生命的最后时刻，包翠花拿到赵老爷留下来的扳指，心满意足，可包翠花依然不愿春云嫁给他人为妾，以免重蹈自己的覆辙，叮嘱春云要牢记曾经发过的毒誓，否则自己在天之灵都不得安息。
